Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made directly with the POPCORN EVENTS team. We do not accept automated or third-party cancellation requests.

Cancellations will be considered only after proper verification and internal confirmation by our team.

Fees Notice

Please note that certain components of your booking are Non-Refundable:

  • Payment Gateway Charges (Razorpay)
  • Applicable Government Taxes
  • Booking/Convenience Fees

Refund How it works

Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved by our verification team, it is processed within 7–10 working days.

Original Payment Method

Refund amounts are credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) used at the time of booking.
